Pre-Employment Screening
At KGL we appreciate the importance of verifying the credentials of prospective employees and ensuring that applicants meet our pre-conditions of employment.
With this in mind, we implement an intensive pre-screening process which meets and exceeds the industry code of practice. This unique system is managed by our specialist team of dedicated professionals, who are BS7858 qualified and have had additional training from the City of London Police.
The KGL screening process goes well beyond industry norms. We undertake a ten year history of all applicants, not just five as BS7858 requires. We also employ a ‘go to source’ policy for all applications - for example, we do not accept certificates as proof of qualifications; we will contact the educational establishments directly to verify them.
