PCC/IP Monitoring

KGL has invested in a state of the art Planning & Contingency Centre (PCC), which is based at our Head Office and is manned 24/7. The PCC is comprised of a dedicated IP computer and control network, multiple wall mounted plasma screens and desk mounted operator monitors.

The KGL PCC has the ability to:

  • Coordinate installation of IP links to all clients HQ premises
  • Monitor and control Access Control and Intercom Systems
  • Monitor and control client’s CCTV
  • Provide Exception Reporting – automatic generation of alarms when detectors are triggered on site.
  • Manage on-site emergencies
  • Control all log on / log off of staff
  • Provide a business continuity tool for affected clients.
  • Provide bespoke helpdesk facilities     

 

Our PCC, via IP technology, monitors a number of clients. This monitoring varies from basic CCTV to Access Control and BCP management following building evacuation. The PCC also operates as an out of hour’s helpdesk for a number of our clients.
